Important Notice: Digital Content Cooling-Off Period Exemption
The eSIM products provided on this website are digital content not supplied on tangible media and constitute online services that are completed upon delivery. In accordance with the "Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Transactions," these products are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act. Users should carefully verify the selected plan and device compatibility before purchase.

Nomie Travel ("the Studio") provides eSIM telecommunication services to enable convenient internet connectivity during your travels. These Terms of Service apply to all users who purchase and use eSIM services through our website (nomie.know.tw).

3. User Responsibilities

4. Purchase and Payment
All prices are displayed in TWD or USD and include applicable taxes. Upon payment completion, you will receive your eSIM activation code within 5-10 minutes. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment services (PAYUNi, NewebPay, etc.).
5. Activation and Validity Period
- eSIM activation codes are valid immediately after purchase
- Validity period and data allowance are specified on the product page
- The plan starts automatically upon activation
- Unused data cannot be transferred or refunded
6. Refund Policy
As eSIM is a digital product, activation codes are considered delivered upon issuance. According to consumer protection regulations, digital content is not subject to the 7-day cooling-off period. For detailed refund conditions, please refer to our Refund Policy.
